Information collected
The platform may collect contact information, project location, room scope, timing, investment range, project notes, uploaded plans and identifiers for saved 3D studies.
Technical analytics may include page, device and interaction data when the approved analytics configuration is active.
How information is used
Project information is used to assess fit, respond to inquiries, arrange a consultation, coordinate a commissioned project and improve the platform.
Storage and project access
The platform stores inquiry and project records in a database and uploaded plans in non-public storage. Signed-in project access depends on active membership or staff permissions. Files shared with clients are separate from staff-only drafts. Local-only intake drafts and 3D studies stay in your browser unless you submit or save them to your account.
Do not include passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive documents in a project brief. Keep your own copy of important documents. Retention and deletion of contractual project records require a review by LeVika; deleting browser data does not delete server records.
Hosting, email and analytics
This version uses Cloudflare for hosting and platform storage, and Resend for configured sign-in and project-notification email. Email messages and hosting requests are processed as needed to provide those functions. No Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager account is connected in this version, and there is no integrated card-payment checkout.
Optional usage analytics stays off without consent. Use Privacy preferences in the footer to withdraw your choice without deleting essential project drafts. The Cookie Policy explains browser storage and the current analytics configuration.

Contact LeVika Furniture at levikabydesign@gmail.com about access, correction or deletion of your information, or to ask how a project record is used. Describe your request without including passwords or sign-in codes. LeVika may need to verify your identity and project relationship before disclosing or changing private records. Requests concerning records needed for an active contract or required recordkeeping are reviewed individually.
