The website provides information about LeVika’s services and tools for preparing a project inquiry. Content does not create a design, construction or purchase agreement.
3D Studio limitation
The 3D Studio is a guided planning and communication tool. Dimensions, modules, visual warnings, images, PDFs and preliminary ranges are conceptual and are not engineering drawings, production specifications, code review or a binding quote.
Project review and consultation
Submitting a brief does not guarantee acceptance. LeVika does not sell a standalone paid consultation; consultation is available to direct LeVika clients after a project-fit review. Scope and deliverables are governed by the written project agreement.
Payments, cancellation and warranty
Published payment stages and warranty summaries describe LeVika’s current standard approach. The signed project agreement controls the exact schedule, accepted payment, cancellation and refund rights, warranty coverage, exclusions, claim process and remedy, including any rights required by applicable law.
Uploaded content
A user must have the right to share plans, images and project information. The final terms must define the license needed for review, security expectations, prohibited content and retention.
Commercial agreement
Scope, price, schedule, warranty, delivery and installation obligations exist only in the final written agreement approved by LeVika and the client.
