Use the concept to frame the discussion
Start with the room envelope, openings and representative furniture. Compare layouts and identify storage priorities. Save the concept with notes about uncertain dimensions or equipment. The Studio can make a first conversation more concrete, but its objects and warnings do not certify manufacturability, utilities or code compliance. LeVika's team must translate the agreed direction into the actual project specification and resolve the details that a conceptual model cannot establish.
Verify and approve the manufacturing information
Coordinate final measurement, appliance documents, materials and drawing revisions. LeVika's stated process places control measurement within three days after contract signing, with some changes possible during that initial period. Changes after control measurement may affect cost and timing. Ask how your project records approval of scope, drawings and finishes. Do not release work from a mixture of a recent message, an old PDF and a rendering containing still-unapproved details.
Plan the site sequence separately
Production, delivery and installation are distinct activities. Confirm who receives the work, what must be ready on site and who coordinates adjoining trades. B2B installation is not supplied by LeVika; the receiving project team must arrange it. For residential work, confirm the actual installation and closeout responsibilities in the agreement. Keep the client workspace current with documents, messages and decisions. A successful process makes the next dependency visible instead of treating a production date as proof that the whole room will be complete on that day.
