Explain the room and the problem
Bring a rough plan, photographs and a short description of what does not work today. Identify the property location, rooms involved and anything that must remain. Share appliance information where available and label unknown selections clearly. The team needs enough context to distinguish a kitchen project from a broader renovation request. Avoid spending the entire conversation on a single finish before the room's functions and the boundaries of the work are understood.
Discuss fit and responsibilities
Explain your timing and investment context, along with access or site-readiness constraints. Ask what LeVika would supply and which work remains with other contractors. For residential projects, furniture-related electrical and plumbing documentation may be coordinated where required; this is not a promise that LeVika performs those trades. For B2B projects, the confirmed scope is manufacturing and delivery without installation. Establishing these boundaries early makes subsequent design and estimate discussions more useful.
Leave with a defined next step
Ask which dimensions, specifications or decisions are still needed, who will provide them and how the next review will happen. If you used the 3D Studio, save the concept and include it with the brief, clearly identifying it as preliminary. A productive meeting does not require every material to be chosen immediately. It should produce a shared understanding of the project, the unresolved questions and the route toward verified measurements, a coordinated proposal and formal approval.
