The owner has confirmed that outside measurements are accepted at that stage, not as the final production survey. Label each source and date so the team knows what has been verified. Do not combine dimensions from different revisions without identifying the discrepancy. A measurement that is useful for discussing a layout may still be unsuitable for manufacturing a cabinet to fit a particular interface.
Capture more than wall lengths
The room includes corners, ceiling changes, trim, openings and fixed service locations. Ask how these conditions are documented and how the cabinet design accommodates them. Appliance specifications must also match the selected products. A straight wall outline in a simple 3D model does not show every site variation. If work changes the room after measurement, notify the team before assuming that the approved cabinetry remains unaffected. The measured condition is a project input, not a permanent guarantee against later alterations.
