Identify the governing documents

Collect the current architectural plan, relevant elevations and appliance schedule. Include revision dates and the person responsible for issuing updates. Mark whether dimensions are design assumptions or verified site information. Ask when the space will be ready for LeVika's final measurement and which construction activities could still change the cabinet interfaces. A drawing issued early in a build should not continue to govern manufacturing after the room or equipment has changed.

Coordinate the interfaces before they become urgent

Review service locations, walls, ceilings, appliance openings and counter responsibilities with the appropriate professionals. Assign questions to named people rather than sending the same unresolved issue to several contractors independently. LeVika can supply furniture-related documentation within the agreed scope, but that does not make it responsible for all site trades. If this is a B2B package, installation is not part of LeVika's confirmed manufacturing-and-delivery offering and needs a separate plan.

Plan release and receiving

Confirm what must be approved before production and what must be ready before delivery. Identify who receives the cabinetry, where it will be staged and how it is protected by the responsible team. Send the exact property location and current construction schedule for review. A successful new-build handoff depends on current information, explicit responsibilities and a coordinated release, not simply on placing a cabinetry order early.
